Gram collect and store information about you when you use the Service. Your first name along with other details submit through registration process on Gram mobile application/website. User have choices about the information on Gram profile, such as your education, work experience, skills, name, photo, interests, city or area. Some professionals may choose to complete a separate profile for their business entities. Profile information helps you to get more from our Services, including helping better human relations and business opportunities find you. It’s your choice whether to include sensitive information on your profile. Please do not post or add personal data to your profile that you would not want to be publicly available. We specifically mention here that no banking information is being stored by us (if any, shared with Gram). You can invite your friends to join the Service by providing us with their contact information, or by allowing Gram to access your contacts from your mobile device, or third-party sites to select which friends you want to invite.

The protection of children’s personal data is extremely important. Gram feels that it has a responsibility to protect the privacy of children and has no intention of collecting the data of children under the age of 13.

Gram shall not sell your data to third parties. If required by law your data will be disclosed to government authorities. If required due to business requirements and provided that it is allowed under the applicable law, we will transfer your data to other companies of the Gram Group.
For data processor working, Gram avail services from service providers. These services can include but not limited to hosting and maintenance services, analysis services, e-mail messaging services etc. In such cases, service providers are granted access to such personal data they require in order to be able to carry out the particular service. The service providers and data processors are contractually obliged to treat such information in the strictest confidence. It is also contractually forbidden for them to use the data in any other way than that required.
